We had a great time hosting D1Conf 2023 in Istanbul: Only builders, no shillers, outstanding speakers, and a great audience made our conference memorable.

The Genesis of Partnership: The collaboration found its roots during a workshop with the University of Mittweida

Navigating Regulatory Challenges: While discussing regulatory intricacies, Christoph shed light on the complexities faced in both European and US markets. Despite the challenges, Germany’s regulatory guidelines, designed to be technology-agnostic, were acknowledged for fostering an environment conducive to innovation.

🚊 Train Delay Protection
In collaboration with Mittweida CSI (Community Supported Insurance), Etherisc has harnessed its cutting-edge platform to bring you a parametric insurance solution, initially available in Germany 🇩🇪.
Now, policyholders can easily purchase coverage with FIAT currency through a user-friendly interface, and all policy details, premium payments, and claims information are securely recorded on the Polygon blockchain. In the event of a train delay, Etherisc’s smart contract seamlessly verifies claim criteria, ensuring policyholders receive immediate compensation through the blockchain-based payment system.
