By gaining a whitelist spot and participating in the first presale of Legends — a batch of only 555 — you will also receive the 3 onchain Mons of the Uncommon rarity or higher!
About the Reserved Mons
We recently removed all Mons except Gasons from the store. This served three purposes:
- To set the foundation for releasing a new collection of ~100 Mons.
- To align with changing the tokenomics of EMON to become a governance token — ending the sale of Mons in EMON. (Mons will now be sold in WETH on Polygon.)
- To reserve an abundant selection of Polygon Mons (Common — Legendary) as a reward for early whitelisters who purchase a Legend PFP.
Mon Distributions Schedule
Pre-Sale #1 will have a 555 Legend supply, including 1 ultra-rare Forest Tribe Legend, and will start place on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 2pm UTC. There is no time limit on the sale — ending when all 555 Legends are sold out.
- Legend Holders will receive 3 Mons per Legend purchased, of Uncommon rarity or higher.
- You will receive 1 of your 3 Mons per week will be distributed beginning 1 week after sale. This schedule of course depends on whether the sale takes longer than 1 week to complete.
- You must be holding your Legend at the time of the airdrop, exact schedule to be announced after the sale is complete. If you buy a Legend and resell it before the snapshot date and time, you will NOT receive your Mon airdrop. Conversely, if you buy a Legend on Opensea before and hold through the snapshot, then you WILL be eligible for the Mon airdrop of that week. In this way, you can only receive all 3 Mons by holding through each snapshot period.
Whitelist Pre-Sale #2 will have a to be determined Legend supply, including a proportionate number of ultra-rare, or “unique 1/1” Legends — which are a group of hand-drawn designs that were not algorithmically generated from trait combos like the rest of the collection.
- For this Pre-sale batch, you will receive 2 Mons per Legend purchased, of a Common rarity or higher.
- The same conditions of distribution as Presale apply here.
- The price of each Legend will be a percentage higher for each Pre-sale after Pre-sale #1
The remaining Whitelist Pre-Sales will follow the same conditions as above, but only providing 1 Mon per Legend purchased, of a Common rarity or higher.
For the Public Sale (if any supply remains), no additional Mons will be airdropped to buyers.
