Ethex DApp improvements
Since we started beta testing Ethex, traders have given us some really great feedback. We have been hard at work to incorporate that feedback and also improve performance and layout. In this article I’ll share just a few of the improvements.
Multi Accounts
Along with MetaMask you can also connect your private keys through the common .json format or 12 word phrase. You can also create your own 12 word phrase and .json wallets. If you connect multiple accounts it’s easy to select them from the drop down.
Search
To find your favorite token we have added a powerful search interface. At the moment there are only 8 tokens listed, but the interface can handle thousands as we add more.
Your Tokens
An account section has been added. This allows you to send and receive tokens and Ether. It’s quite powerful and snappy. We use it everyday here. Meanwhile the account section provides a list of all your open orders.
Multitask Dialogs
We did a ton of work improving our confirmation dialogs. The coolest part is that you don’t have to wait for your block to confirm before going on to your next trade. Hit the minimize button and revisit once confirmed. I love this feature and it’s been extremely helpful.
What’s next?
We have a huge list and lots of improvements to make. I think the performance and usability is getting better every day. Please keep the feedback coming and let us know what you would like to see. No fees are charged during this beta period, so if you find a deal give it a try.
