Accessibility to money is “ expensive “ in developing countries. This means high interest rates on loans.

Law of supply and demand is applied to many markets and money is not an exception. Lack of investment ( money supply ) for unbanked small producers is a norm in today´s economic landscape of Chiapas ( Mexico ), where the supply of cashflow comes from marketers with a limited money volume, thereby producers have to compete with each other for this limited money supply and they end up offering high interest rates ( up to 100% ) to not lose the opportunity of funding. Just like the small region of Chiapas, most Latin American, Southeast Asian and African producers face the same challenges.

Low interest rates on savings in developed countries.

On the other hand we find people not getting any interest by putting their savings in a bank account ( mostly in Europe ) whereas banks get profit by lending it to others.

Why is there no synergy between these two parties?

Because bureaucracy and economic barriers make cash flow difficult, so money remains stuck in developed countries and this creates an oversupply, meaning money is not as valuable as in countries where it is needed for investment reasons.

Our proposal to solve this problem:

Ethichub is a P2P investment and crowdlending platform. Thanks to Blockchain technology and criptocurrencies we cheapen and easily connect investors ( lenders ) looking for highly profitable positive impact projects and unbanked small producers from developing countries ( borrowers ):

· For unbanked small producers, Ethichub allow them to access credit with lower rates.

· For investors who are looking to profit in an ethical way, Ethichub allow them to connect with this unbanked small producers.

How does it works ?

Some investors decide to crowdlend their money to farmers.

Investment Flow

Once the lending is successful and pays interest to its lenders.
