We are thrilled to launch EthSign Contract Library, a curated collection of the most useful legal contract templates for the Web3 industry. All templates have been written by prominent law firms and renowned legal professionals in the Web3 space, and are provided to EthSign users free of charge.
With the EthSign Contract Library, individuals and organizations can kickstart their projects with legally enforceable contracts and drive compliance from day one. Currently, available templates include:
- Employment agreements for hiring employees, inviting advisors, or offering token grant
- Fundraising agreements such as Simple Agreement for Future Token (SAFT) or Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE)
- Business transaction agreements such as Event Sponsorship or Terms of Use
- IP protection agreements such as One-way or Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
At EthSign, we aim to provide comprehensive signing and execution solutions. Built with decentralized tech stacks with immutability and transparency, EthSign, together with TokenTable, is able to let users sign and verify contracts, manage and unlock tokens. Now, with EthSign Contract Library, users can further streamline their legal workflows by easily finding and preparing contracts to execute. We hope this endeavor can provide individuals and organizations with the necessary legal infrastructure to pave the road for a more compliant future of the industry.
As we continue delivering new products with upgraded features, we will keep our user-centric design principle and create a more seamless user experience. EthSign Next, our upgraded product coming up in the next few weeks, will incorporate this library and enable users to directly select templates, prepare contracts, and send to co-signers. Stay tuned for more exciting announcements regarding our newest features.
Building a contract library is a collaborative effort and we want to extend our sincere thanks to Cooley LLP for linking their form documents to EthSign Contract Library, and to Man Kun Law Firm for their contributions to EthSign Contract Library.
In the near future, we would like to invite more contributors in the space to curate this library template together, including law firms, legal professionals, legal-focused DAOs, law schools, and anyone who is interested in contributing. Therefore, if you would like to become a contributor on behalf of yourself or your organization, or if you would like to share your feedback, suggestions, and collaboration ideas, please email support@ethsign.xyz or submit via this form.
We look forward to working with you on this journey.
