Ethverse partners with Opensea to issue and auction NFTs
Ethverse, a blockchain-based game that is built on top of Minecraft has been generating a lot of buzz lately. While other gaming firms in the crypto space are trying to build their games from scratch, Ethverse boasts itself as a solution that will empower most popular games like Minecraft and GTA 5 to be a part of a decentralized economy.
Ethverse has already a preview server live, which people can join using their Minecraft game (preview.ethverse.network) and get a glimpse of what the team is bringing to the market. They also conducted a “Craft your town” competition earlier this month where a lot of players participated and built exciting buildings.
Ethverse has now partnered with Opensea, a digital marketplace for NFTs and collectibles. Opensea is the leading decentralized marketplace for crypto assets.
“We have built our in-game land NFTs on the ERC 1155 standard which will give ownership (building rights) to players. For this, we will conduct our land NFT sale on the Opensea marketplace.” said Alex , Co-Founder at Ethverse.
OpenSea will provide technical support for Ethverse as it develops a unique non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace that directly integrates into the game. By enabling gamers to directly interact with NFTs, Ethverse and OpenSea hope to further push mainstream adoption of cryptos.
Ethverse NFT land sale will be shared after the completion of integration.
