🏄🏻♀️ One Needs Skills to Ride the Bull Wave
The third edition is going to be a different one in many ways. For once, we seem to be on the threshold of a bull market, and we predict a wild ride. Bull markets take growth into overdrive, attracting investors, customers and billions in capital.
However, the bull markets — with the prospect of endless riches — are a paradise for bad products, Ponzi schemes and shit-tokens. It is essential to distinguish between good and evil, understand the risks and — most importantly — always build responsibly.
⏳ Building Products That Will Last
Yet the market warmup and bull run linger, hovering at the edges of market charts. Can we hope for it with total certainty? Or are we, and the entire markets, entering into a longer recession and should brace for another year or two of frugal choices and resilient products? Not all is known.
The bear market taught us that only reliable and resilient products last and that our decisions — product, business, technical — increase our chances of survival, not just as unique companies but as an industry as a whole.

We want to break the stereotype that only developers and crypto-bros are interested in blockchain. We want to show our beautiful, diverse faces, backgrounds and hopes for a brighter future empowered by decentralized systems.
To do this, we need to be radically welcoming and overcome the barriers to entry. We need a simplified onboarding experience, clear communication of products’ values, supportive infrastructure, and quality education to speed up our move.
