As always, we love to engage with our community and use your questions as an opportunity for all of us to learn. This has become an important tradition and it’s time for us to recap some questions that we would like to focus on. We appreciate your cooperation and value your input.

Let’s get started:

@A777A sent his question on our Telegram group: Can I transfer my coins from the eToro platform to the wallet?

Yes, you can. Transferring coins refers to the action of withdrawing coins from the eToro platform to the wallet. To transfer coins, open the ‘Edit Trade’ window in the Portfolio. Under “Invested”, eligible users have an option to transfer. Positions will be closed once the transaction is completed. It can take up to one business day for the transfer to be processed on the side of eToro.

From the moment the transfer is processed, it may take additional time for the coins to appear in the wallet. This additional time depends on the blockchain. While the transfer request is being processed on our side, the status will show as “Pending Transfer” in the portfolio

@ipinky77 asked on Twitter: Where can I find the withdrawal limits/fees?

You can find the list for some of our withdrawal fees below. More information can be found on our exchange fees page.

@ipinky77 followed up with the question: Can I withdraw more than the limit of a quick withdrawal?

Yes. There are no withdrawal limits but any sum above the quick limit will simply have to be manually approved by our team. Withdrawals under the quick limit sum will be automatically approved.

@avrare asked via Twitter: Where can I find the supported countries list from which users can register to eToroX?

The full list of eligible countries for the eToroX exchange can be found in the Help Page. The list of supported countries for the eToro wallet can be found here.

The following countries are restricted from the eToroX Exchange:

Afghanistan, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Burundi, Canada, Chad, Congo Republic, Cuba, Ethiopia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Guyana, Iran, Japan, Laos, Libya, Mali, Mynamar, Namibia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Palau, Puerto Rico, Samoa, Serbia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Uganda, United States, US Virgin Islands, Yemen.

We’re always happy to hear from you, so don’t hesitate to send us your questions on whichever social channels you prefer: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Telegram.
