Q&A Recap #2
No business is an island- or if it is, it relies entirely on tourism from its customers. In the end, every business, including eToroX, exists for its customers and users; which is why it’s a priority for us to engage with you on social media.
Here are some interesting questions that we received over the last month, the answers to which we think may interest the rest of you.
@LukDoe1 asked us on Twitter:
Q: It’s great to see eToroX add more tokens to the wallet… but what’s with MIOTA and ADA? People have bought them via eToro and have been waiting for them to be added.
A: We are working to gradually introduce all coins that are available on eToro Trading Platform to eToro Wallet, including MIOTA and ADA.
In addition, we are always in the process of adding 120 ERC-20 tokens to our multi-crypto, on-chain wallet. Other tokens will be considered as well in the future, thank you for your feedback.
@crypto26520655 wanted to know more about our plans to expand:
Q: I wish you would expand to new countries as fast as you add new tokens.
A: eToroX is currently available in 135+ countries, and we’re constantly expanding our reach to new areas. If we haven’t gotten to your region yet, please accept our apologies. Rest assured, we are constantly working to cover as many geographies as possible.
And @KumarOmshiva just wanted to understand our name better:
Q: I’ve wondered for a long time why you’re named eToroX. What ‘X’? Why not any other letter of the alphabet?
A: eToroX is a separate entity from the eToro Group and is dedicated to facilitating the evolution and growth of tokenized assets. We added ‘X’ to eToro partly because we wanted to launch an e’X’change under this new entity. The ‘X’ also falls in line with our brand slogan ‘Xpect more’.
These and other questions don’t just help inform individuals, they make us aware of what’s important to you and give us direction.
