How Does the Program Work?
This program is designed with female professionals in mind. It provokes the next stage in your personal and professional development. It does not include general leadership development advice. It focuses on the specific challenges you meet in these times of change, unpredictability and complexity.
- PREPARATION: I recommend starting with a 360° Leadership Assessment according to the methodology of Barrett Values Centre. The Leadership Development Report provides valuable insights which scale the impact of our work together.
- DURATION: The program runs over the course of approximately 3 to 7 weeks with one coaching and mentoring session per week. The exact number of session depends on the goals we set together at the beginning.
- FOCUS: We look together for the 20% of work which will lead to 80% of results.
