  • Automatically send invoices at the start of each billing period.

4. Service Providers

  • Itemize different services in a single invoice.
  • Add taxes and additional costs.
  • Provide clear and professional billing documents.

5. Non-Profit Organizations

  • Issue invoices for donations.
  • Include personalized messages to donors.
  • Offer multiple payment options, including digital currencies.

Step 1: Access the Invoicing Feature

To get started, log into your EukaPay merchant account and navigate to the dashboard. From here, you’ll see the “Invoicing & Subscriptions” option prominently displayed. Click on it to enter the invoicing interface.

This is what the invoicing page looks like. The form will ask for information like Request Currency, Customer Details, Items on the invoice, etc. To the right, a preview of the invoice is provided.

Step 2: Select Currency and Customer

The first step in creating an invoice is selecting the recipient. If you have existing clients or customers, they will appear in a dropdown menu. Choose the appropriate one, or if this is a new client/customer, click “Add new customer” to input their information.

Step 3: Enter Item/Service Details

Now, let’s add the items or services you are billing for. This includes the name of the item/service and its cost. You can also add any applicable taxes, discounts, and shipping costs in this step. This level of customization allows you to create detailed invoices that cover all expenses.

Step 4: Add a Personal Message

A personal message can make your invoice more engaging and customer-friendly. This is a great opportunity to thank the client for their business or provide additional information about the invoice. Write your message in the designated field.

Step 5: Set a Pay Term

If this invoice is in regards to a one-time payment, the default option ‘One-time payment’ should be chosen. It will ask for a Payment Due Date, by which the customer must pay the amount.

If this invoice requires a recurring payment for Subscriptions, ‘Recurring Payment’ should be chosen. It will ask for more details like:

  • Start and End Dates
  • Billing Cycle (Daily, Monthly, Weekly, Hourly, Annually)
  • Billing Start Date
  • An option to send the first bill immediately

However, in this guide, the focus is more on one-time payments. To know more about the Recurring Payments a.k.a. Subscriptions on EukaPay, please visit: Crypto Subscriptions — Made Easy with Eukapay

Step 6: Preview the Invoice

Before sending the invoice, it’s crucial to review it for accuracy. Use the “Preview” option to see the final version of the PDF that will be sent to the customer. This allows you to check all details, including the QR code, item costs, taxes, and personal messages.

Step 7: Send the Invoice

Once you’ve reviewed the invoice and are satisfied with its content, click “Send” to dispatch it to your client/customer. They will receive it via email and can scan the QR code to make their payment using digital currency.
