Is to motivate the young specialists to use Microsoft Visual Studio, make them know about Microsoft Virtual Academy (MVA) and, whats more important, make them love it!
Let’s look at amazing conception and features that we have created!
Conception
In the developed “CodeStars” conception we have decided to compare talanted prograamers with the Rock Stars! Also, we have developed the web site with quest about music and created slogan and draw the characters: Pank-programmer, Indie-programmer and Miss Electro!

Site users are able to choose programming style, and complete the quest. To Finish it successfully, you should use Microsoft products and look at the MVA portal.
The thing that motivates most of all is your “fans”! Like a real rock star you are able to have some fans who will look at your progress and will not allow to relax!

The process of learning is really interesting because of gamification and the process of rivalry.
This looks like an RPG gaming process: First you have a first level hero so, you should complete 20 different programming tasks to go to the top and became a true-coder!
Like a really interesting game this site will not let you leave it after completing all 20 tasks for one of the characters! It is also possible to improve the other coding styles!
The Results:
There were more than 8000 site visitors and 40% of them have downloaded the Visual Studio. Those, who have taken part in quest were really active in social networks! And more than 50% of visitors had a look through the MVA Portal!
