Working on the product that product manager is going to use by himself, he clearly understands what does the client need. Hes interest in the product makes him use it day by day and be one of the best testers in the company. Moreover, PM uses the rivals’ products to find out which things may be improved.

Question he always ask: “What can be useful in this situation?” His feedback made in that special way that product he asks or answers about plays first role in the conversation — not his or anyone else person. Product manager knows how important is feedback and tries to have it as soon as possible.

Great product managers are always in search of someone who is more experienced, because the best way of having new skills is to learn from those who are better than you and who has already done what you are trying to do now. After becoming skilled enough, he will be a good mentor for young product managers.
