Norsk Hydro, a leading Norwegian aluminum, and renewable energy company has listed €800m in bonds on Euronext Dublin. Headquartered in Oslo and founded in 1905, the company is one of the world’s largest aluminum companies, with 35,000 employees in more than 40 countries.

The Norwegian state owns 34.26% of the company through the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Fisheries. A further 6.58% is owned by Folketrygdfondet, which administers the Government Pension Fund of Norway.
