Juventus F.C. joins Euronext Dublin

Today we are thrilled to welcome Juventus Football Club to Euronext Dublin.
Juventus F.C., the most successful football club in Italy, has worked with Morgan Stanley and UBI Banca S.p.A. to list €175 million of non-convertible bonds on Euronext Dublin’s ‘Global Exchange Market’.
The notes will be issued at a price of 99.436% and will pay a fixed annual coupon of 3.375%.
Juventus F.C’s selection of the Irish market is a wonderful attestation for Euronext Dublin’s Centre of Excellence in Debt & Funds and ETFs.
And in listing bonds on Euronext, Juventus F.C. also join their peers, Porto, Benfica, and Sporting CP, all of which have already listed bonds on Euronext Lisbon.
