Takeaway:

1. Equipment issue: always make sure your microphone works under the environment of where the interview take place.
2. Pause helps! It helps bringing out more answers from participants.
3. Semi-structured script is what I used, and it was actually a great idea since I kept the conversation pretty flexible, but still remembered to bring back to right track at some timing.
