Omnia saecula — everything is outdated, including our website.

The site was created a long time ago and was made entirely on its own. For us, as a young company, the website was not of primary importance, but over time everything changes — we grow and develop, respectively, and our tools should progress.

By July 2019, the site was outdated both morally and physically. It was like an old сabriolet, which is beautiful and elegant, but very vintage. Individually, he looked dignified, but against the background of new models climbed into their shadow. Our site, like this convertible, was no longer able to race with more modern models as new trends and technologies take over. Therefore, it was decided to create a new website with a unique design, with new content, with new SEO, with new features.

But let’s start with consilio visual — visual design. We decided to develop a new visual concept without relying on the old image. Just borrowed colors and logo.

First of All,

we thought about UX — it was essential for us to create not just a beautiful website, but a system in which the user could easily navigate and quickly find the necessary information. The General logic of promotion on the site was built, zones, where the user interacts with data and receives feedback, were created. It was important not to overload — to create so many unique pages that the user did not experience the feeling of wandering through the maze, but it would be where to go.

To do this, we divided users into two main groups — those who want to use the services and those who want to work with us. I. e. two main branches were formed-clients and applicants. But customers and job seekers are different, and each user has their requests. So we created two natural branches, one for each chapter. For potential clients, the section allowed leaving in that area of our practices which was attractive to it. For prospective employees, a little different-who is just starting his career and who has long been in this field. All this made it possible to create an intuitive system with logical routes.

The Second Stage

fell on the visual. We decided to do the work on the side due to the high workload of our guys, and it was just exciting to see others. Then we turned to a professional with whom we already had a successful experience of cooperation — Nikita Prokudin. If to speak briefly about our wishes: there must be a simple, but tasteful, minimal, but usability.

Many people call design pure art, but we hold a different opinion — it is psychology and logic combined with art. With such thoughts, we approached the creation of the layout. Our skeleton (site structure) served as the basis. Here again, the principle of “do not oversaturate” worked — it was necessary to make sure that the user had a binding, but there was no sense of visual noise. It was essential to do everything correctly: to paint over what is necessary, to highlight what should not be missed, to lay the disclosure of individual elements, etc. we constructed logic. Nikita went to the Executive-the creative part. The design was discussed, but we thought about the zest, about the cherry, about what will distinguish us from the rest.

The Third Stage

is the illustrations. We didn’t want to make ordinary pictures that could be easily confused with stock ones. We wanted something unique, something built on images and metaphors. Our goal is to show the idea through illustration, not to tell it. Our client should go to the site and immediately understand who we are and what we do. The website should grab his attention. In this, we again helped Nikita with his team yoneg, who was able to translate our thoughts. We have excellent illustrations in an exciting style and with beautiful images.

Each illustration represented its section of the site, its page. Embedded images talk to the user, visually transmitting information to him. For example, the illustration medicine shows typical elements of medical practice: medicines, tools, etc., but they are not in the hands of the doctor, and they are part of the sphere — system. They rotate in orbit, and the doctor controls their movement. All this is done in light colors with smooth lines, which allows you to perceive it positively as something progressive. The illustration shows us that the doctor is no longer loaded; he quickly and smoothly with the help of the system manages the processes.

It was created a beautiful body with elegant lines, inside adorned the layout of the dashboard, and the steering wheel could not turn the wheels. The stage of engine installation has come…

Layout

About this stage is quite challenging to write, as nothing unique and new has been used. Html, CSS, and JS — our three pillars on which everything was kept. It was enough to comply with the built structure, and layering layer after layer to the end came out what we intended.

Despite the banality of the task, there were moments when you had to sit and think.

The logic of the processes did not cause difficulties, but the integration process was more complicated — it was a matter of trifles. We had to create an almost perfect image so that each element worked as it should. After all, the most terrible is the destruction of the illusion of immersion. For example, a user scrolls one page one way, and another has a different pattern. At such moments, the user breaks the logic, there is dissonance, and it is always negative. Negative experience is also an experience, but not for our site. From the user, everything should work correctly — buttons to be pressed, animation to be started, and links to send. This is the longest stage was the correction of small parts. We went through the scenario of visiting the site step by step, eliminated any mistake or inconsistency.

Each visitor of the site for us is a potential client and employee, and everyone should get a positive experience. As a result, our father’s pickup truck quietly picks up speed, reflecting the sun’s rays on its body.
