It was 2018. They had been searching for years through hundreds of dimensions when they finally saw signs of life. A dimension with only ten thousand humanoid punks and kittens growing uncontrolled. This dimension was called Ethereum.
Three years have passed since the first Everdragons arrived in Ethereum in 2018. After a strenuous Crypto Winter and widespread pandemic, life returns stronger than ever with kittens, apes, and many other creatures.
As for the Everdragons, they are awakening from their icy slumber. The second group of Everdragons explorers, aptly named Everdragons2, are on their way to settle in nearby dimensions. Everdragons2 is settling in their new dimension, Polygon, where with marvelous technology they forged a permanent portal to their homeland.
Previously known as Matic, Polygon is a protocol and framework for developing and integrating Ethereum-compatible blockchain networks. Its strengths are in decentralized finance (DeFi) applications at low transaction cost and fast transaction speed. Numerous DeFi protocols including Curve, Aave, and SushiSwap are making they way onto the Polygon platform.

Everdragons2 is a collection of 10,001 dragons randomly generated from hundreds of assets. They inherit the legacy of Everdragons, minted in 2018 as the first bridgeable, cross-chain NFT for gaming. In the upcoming Origins — the play-to-earn game of the Everdragons Metaverse — Everdragons2 gives NFT holders a Loot Box containing Obsidian (the Origins token), Settlement Plans, and Genesis units based on rarity.
Origins is a turn-based tactical play-to-earn game. It is also a massive multiplayer game where powerful alliances are forged and the community decides the fate of the world.
