It is difficult to imagine a time that required stronger leadership than now. Challenged by the pandemic, CEO’s have had to make major shifts in how they lead, because it’s during these moments of crisis that people look to their leader.

Fortunately, Everise has the leadership it can look to. Since the pandemic hit, Everise Founder and CEO, Sudhir Agarwal has guided Everise through the uncertainty, even finding avenues of growth through it.

As a result, Sudhir has been listed as one of the 30 Best Leaders to Watch in 2020 by the Silicon Review as well as been honoured with the title of Executive of the Year from the Business Intelligence Group.

“The role of customer service is changing every day and the winners of this year’s program highlight the people, organizations and products that are really improving how consumers connect with companies,” said Maria Jimenez, Chief Nominations Officer of the Business Intelligence Group.

Sudhir continues to battle disruption with a singular focus on being people-first. According to Glassdoor, Agarwal has a 95% employee referral rating and has been listed as a Top 10 CX Leader, pioneering the next generation of experience obsessed brands.

“Leaders should understand that their largest asset is not their product or service but their people,” said Agarwal. “I learned early on that without the support of your people, you won’t get very far in life. I am truly honoured to have received these accolades, but it’s really a tribute to all the Everisers that continue to put in the hard work, patience and time it takes to deliver exemplary experiences every day.”

To add to Agarwal’s growing list of accomplishments, he has also been invited to be a guest judge on The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition airing later this year.

“Personally, I am thrilled with the opportunity to be a part of The Apprentice, to get to know the contestants, and to counsel them, sharing with them my experiences,” says Agarwal.
