Hello everyone,

Today, I was talking to my friends about random things and suddenly it popped up in my mind that how happy I was feeling. I am a part time masters student with a full time job at a software consulting company. Apart from that, it is my life long dream to learn music production and become a music producer. Currently I am struggling with writing my masters thesis report which is the last leg of my studies.

So, in short, I am struggling with anxiety, stress, constant fear of missing out and trying to be happy and pretending everything is amazing.

And, I understand that it is not just me who is having these issues. I am sure every 20-something is facing same issues. I am not here to be an expert on mental health nor to pretend as a person who have figured it all out. But I really feel that same as me there are numerous people who are swiping on Pinterest that how to fix things in life.

So, I just want to tell you, yes you my friend, that we are all there with same emotions. That’s why lets just create a support system for each other. And that’s what I am sharing here, this is one way I am trying to tackle my problems.

FIND YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM

It can be anyone and everyone — friends, family, childhood sweetheart, lover or just an anonymous blogger. This is something which I figured works for almost everyone. Find someone to talk to and let it all out. I am not saying that I have found the cure to the mental health issues but this is definitely something everyone should give a try to.

Lots of love !!
