A new twist on mental health: Running with the therapist while discussing life’s problems

Time to get out of the office. Psychotherapist Sepideh Saremi has decided to leave the office and take her clients for a run or walk. One day it occurred to her that getting out of the traditional office setting might be helpful, particularly for some of her male clients, who did not seem comfortable in the traditional therapeutic setting. Kesha’s First Song in 4 Years Is an Anthem for Those Fighting Depression

Singer and songwriter Kesha is back! There may be some of you who do not know who she is and some may be very excited. For the past 4 years Kesha has been fighting her record label to be released from her contract. Now she is back with a new single called “Prayer” Kesha talks about how depression, anxiety and a “relentless” eating disorder inspired her latest song. New London underground map redesigned for people with anxiety

A London Underground map has been published to help passengers with claustrophobia or anxiety conditions. Nicky Lidbetter, chief executive of charity Anxiety UK, said “This new map is an excellent resource for those wishing to avoid journeys where there are tunnels, serving as a great pre-journey planning aid and increasing access to public transport. This map is perfect to encourage those with claustrophobia and/or panic attacks who avoided this form of transportation in the past.
