The United Nations is planning to let the whole world to get a quality education. To make the whole world to have a better society. According to Quinn Skotnicki’s words, ‘Many countries have already taken some steps to ensure this goal can be completed by the year 2030,’ (2021) Which means quality education already in every country’s plan, and it’s going to be real. Vietnam is a very good example that is starting the process of the plan. According to the article written by Doanh-Ngan-Mac Do, Linh-Khanh Hoang, Coang-Minh Le, and Trung Tran, “A Human Rights-Based Approach in Implementing Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) for Ethnic Minorities in Vietnam.”

What’s the environment of Vietnam?

I believe everyone should know about Vietnam. Vietnam is a country which located in the South part of Asia, at the South part of China. The whole name of Vietnam is the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Vietnam is a country baptized by war. It can be said that Vietnam is a slightly backward country. It’s an industrial and agricultural country. Not everyone can receive a quality education. The author writes, “in harsh weather conditions and geographical conditions and have difficult socio-economic conditions, which affects, to a certain extent, the opportunities and the implementation of human rights for them” (2020). Which is a good way to show that Vietnam is a backward country.

There are three major reasons to cause the difficulties, language, gender inequality, and child labor which were examined in relation to other obstacles. These three majors really affected the society of Vietnam. Which causes the barrier for Vietnamese people to receive a quality education. Not only for Vietnamese people but also for lots of countries of people. Vietnam is just one example in the world. It’s just the tip of the iceberg. There are many more examples like this. Such as North Korea, Africa, Laos, and so on. However, Vietnam faced lots of barriers, but they won’t give up.

As the author mentioned, “The national strategies that the Vietnamese government has set up are believed to far surpass the standards set by the global SDG4 version and to meet all aspects required for the rights of ethnic minorities in Vietnam, while adapting global goals to local needs” (2020). They are still working hard to achieve the goal that everyone receives a quality education.

When everyone received a quality education which will make our society to be better. I believe as the author said at the year 2030, the United Nations will finish the goal.
