A Product Manager’s Workout Routine

Going from an aspiring product manager to an actual product manager may seem like the biggest challenge you have to overcome. But once you have earned the title, how do you develop your skills? In many cases, new product managers are eased into the job. You may get to shadow a more senior product manager, or you may be given just a small slice of the responsibilities. In either case, you will likely spend the first few months on the job absorbing as much information as possible. As this process continues, you may get more autonomy and feel like you have reached a level of competence on the job.
