1 Everypixel searches only for licensed pictures, which you definitely will be able to use in a design project. Google Images is not license-friendly, and does not guarantee anything.
2 Everypixel shows both paid and free pictures. Moreover, you can easily switch from one type to another by just clicking the search filter. Google Images does not distinguish between paid and free images.
3 Everypixel shows how much the photo costs on different image sites, and then you decide which to download from. Google Images does not offer prices.
And Everypixel, as well as Google Images, can search by picture, and show similar images.
