My Prediction for the 2019 NBA finals (Persuasive)

There have been many storylines this NBA season. So far the Raptors have looked like the best team but do they have what it takes to win the NBA finals? In short, no. I have no question that they will win the east but they will not beat the Golden State Warriors. Once the warriors are fully healthy we will be able to see how dangerous they are. There has never been a team in the league with 5 super stars that are in the lineup. The only thing that can prevent the warriors from winning finals is injuries. In the first quarter of the season they have gotten a bit of the injury bug but with Curry’s return they remain healthy at the time being. Before the Warriors were struck with injuries they were 10–1. With Durant playing at the caliber he is playing at right now the return of Curry could put them back on track. The only team that looked to compete with the Warriors last year was the Rockets. Houston has lost some pieces and they don’t look like they can compete with the Warriors. The Thunder come as an interesting team to knock Golden State out early. The thunder have two guys that can light it up at any given second also have wings to defend. Still, the warriors are the best team in the league and even if they go into the playoffs healthy as the 8th seed i just can’t see them being beat with the talent they have. But I hope a team can prove me wrong.
