A half-hour daily
I do not think anyone will argue that, for anyone of any age or condition, a half hour of at least a walk or physical movement of some sort is necessary
Not only does our temporary but amazing body require a stretch and some movement —
Not only will any medical doctor say Amen —
But Triadic Philosophy is essentially summed up daily in this time to engage in inner activities involving you, your Consciousness, and the guidance you possess to essentially sculpt your life into a semblance of ethical and aesthetic awareness.
I shall in a further installments speak of the combination of spiritual affirmation and consideration of signs in terms of values and aesthetic actions and expressions that make up this routine
It combines with mild exercise and Triadic Philosophy’s DUI understanding of daily inner activity
Can this substitute for either Hatha yoga or Kriya yoga
No
Both these practices have particular values.
Hatha Yoga is a valuable means of attaining physical dexterity.
Kriya Yoga is the time honored means (not the only one) of attaining meditative unity, union or unification with the One, the All, whatever name you give to the essence of energy that creates the universe
There is no reason one cannot choose, mix and match. Triadic Philosophy insists that it is the individual who creates his or her own ways of doing anything
I shall close this simply by stating that Triadic Philosophy takes Consciousness capitalized to mean the essential state of existence to which all human beings should aspire
The simple disciplines advocated for the daily half hour are fundamental to attainment of a form of enlightenment that anyone can master and possess
These disciplines differ from many in that they celebrate the mind as a necessary aspect of Consciousness and all Creation
It does not confine the mind to our brain or physical body
We shall come back to this
For the moment consider that a philosophy must offer a method of proceeding in the world.
In Triadic Philosophy this method is a half-hour walk or some form of movement daily. I now divide this into two sessions.
