CONSCIOUSNESS WILL MAKE GOOD THINGS APPEAR

Consciousness will make good things appear

Believe an old soul’s earthly inference

Consciousness can take us past all fear

And give us hints of truth that make good sense

Truth is that we’re souls that will not die

Truth is that we’re free to choose our way

Freedom defines us deeply — here is why

What happens next is not what many say

There is no hell but there are stages left

Similar to lives we freely led

Sometimes when we die we feel bereft

Why no wings and isn’t that my bed

We can advance by choice to constant light

And come to know much of the universe

But heaven’s still about getting things right

And choosing where we’d most like to immerse
