EVE 11 — Adam Settles in Boulder City

Adam on the verge of age 15 had a general sense he was on the right track. Education was important, but he saw school as a waste of time and college as unnecessary to success. He had always aimed at circumventing both steps.

The Boulder City Library was tied into the Clark County system and Adam could get virtually any book.
