FAKE MAGIC DIY
To heal or help us we need actual magic
We have to move higher than where we are
We cannot actually lug ourselves to higher frequencies
But we can get there
By will and heart intent
Call it fake magic
But let me explain

Solving many things requires going beyond the physical
Leaving the material world behind
Moving up from where we are
To higher frequencies where physical does not exist
There is Ether
There is Spirit substance
There are essences
You name ‘em
And
In this state you automatically forget your body mind
You don’t think
You sense perhaps
Or simply are
Your destination is wherever you aimed for
When there you hover
And do what you came to do
Then gently return
I count up slowly to any level past the material
Anything above five
Up to multiples of ten
Higher-frequency where we become aware of being truly ourselves
We are like Spirits and we share their capacities

This ascent is where objectives large and small can be realized
DIY
I do it lying down in bed
Any yogic posture or just sitting down will do
Uninterrupted makes the best sense
I assume when one starts doing it almost anything will work

The goal of this meditation is
To be in a place where you are free to be your full conscious self
In Spirit substantially
In a risen or ascended state.
I assume this is the ONLY practice needed
I used the provocative word FAKE
Because
We attain our goal without moving an inch
We experience disembodiment while embodied
We’re here but not here

Why
Because our capacities reside above us
Because we are to seek and enjoy the higher
When broken in any way we look upward for help
We need to hit the higher frequencies
How
With a will set on the trip
And a heart set on a goal

Our experience is what makes it real
Perseverance
If embarked on a healing venture
Fit your feeling to the task
Larger, smaller goals
Or none at all

This IS meditation
It puts us in touch with who we are
Pure self hood
We learn to master frequencies at will
And to enjoy living in a meditative state
