Binary is two sides. Cain and Abel. Back and forth. Binary is that lion or me. Binary is I rule, you don’t. I won, you lost.

Triadic is modifying actions and expressions with a third element. For example, Cain and Abel and some time to think. Or back and forth and perhaps another way entirely.

Or I am the stronger but you are my equal and between us, we can move to something better than sheer power.

Binary relies on impulsive action. Binary tends to follow the advice or demands of others. Binary sees thought as thesis and antithesis.

Triadic relies on a commitment to consider ethics and aesthetics and let action rise from consideration. It rejects dualism and prefers the triadic mode because it presents an infinite horizon.

The world is a process of movement from the binary to the triadic. A world of violence will become a world where the priority is reducing harm and hurt. A world of economic polarization will see prosperity as a system which is inclusive. Such a system will honor both initiative and the need of all for the means to exert initiative.

Triadic sees initiative less as the seeking of domination than the achievement of skill and the capacity to contribute where one lives to the wellbeing of others.

Triadic Philosophy is based on the need to minimize the power of the binary approach. It seeks to demonstrate the advantages of a nonviolence and fairness. It elevates the individual.

It advocates taking control of your life. It venerates lives where tolerance, helpfulness, and democracy hold sway.

We are moving toward the triadic. It is universal. It is the basis for a major change. It evolves us in the direction of the good.
