I went through everything you went through. Had mine removed. My Gleason approached yours. I am 80 now. Life remains good. I doubt it would be as good had I not gotten diagnosed by my good primary physician when it began to present itself. I would say PSA and rectal exams for all of reasonable age and health. My problem emerged almost exactly when the attack on PSA’s began in the NYT.
