Where is the inside

Inner — From The Adventures of The Child Jesus

Previously

Jesus began thinking hard about wandering preachers and what they did and about repentance, a word that seemed big to him but which was common nonetheless.

Abba had never refused a question from Jesus. Jesus knew well enough not to ask questions about the flame and what lay behind it. He had an inkling that what went on there was not entirely happy but he left it at that. Sometimes he was tempted to ask Abba if there was any crying in heaven. But he held his tongue.

Sometimes others walked in the areas that were Jesus’ favorites. When Jesus wanted to talk to Abba, to learn things, he walked until he was alone.
