Jesus — Touch Is The Change

Jesus thought a lot. Of being the Son of Man. Of taking that name. What did these words mean? He thought he saw an answer. He thought more and more.

Who is Son of man? A vision rose before him. One he could not share. Things all fell away. A vision of a meeting. Blending. Unity.

“Abba here I am.” Standing on the brown hillside. “Have I seen the truth?”

“Jesus. What is it?”

“It has to do with blending.”

“Something you have known?”

“Something I know. Yes.”

“Say more, Jesus. What is it?”

“It is hard to say.”

“You can speak of it to me.”

Jesus paused then spoke. “When I was close to Rachel it was magical. Everything was touch. Touch beyond all I had known. Touch past everything. I moved on to here. I think I know what truth is. I am Son of man. And my touch can heal. And this touch can bring justice. And be taught to all.”

“Yes,” Abba replied. “It may take thousands of years.”

“How does it work?” Jesus asked.

“It’s touching with love.”

“That means that Rachel did it.”

“Yes she did. With love.”

“Why will it take forever?”

“Touching leads to shame.”

“We never felt shame.”

“That is because you were free.”

“When will freedom come?”

“That is the change you’re teaching.”

“But thousands of years?”

“The time is nothing, Jesus. Spreading truth is all.”

“You say touch will heal.”

“Exactly. Because it’s so.”

“Touch is the change then?”

And so it was concluded.

And Jesus moved on.
