INTRODUCTION
Love Power is a universal mantra
It points to the entire universe
Breathe Love Power and you’ll be aware
These are the first three lines of this universal book. It is universal because we are all part of the whole, the whole of humanity, the whole of the universe, the whole of reality.
Guidance is available to all. Love Power Breathing is a simple way of getting to a direct state of higher consciousness.
Guidance is the resulting, ongoing conversation you will have with your higher self.
If you are already there, no harm is done if you integrate Love Power and see your own guides as one with all who serve as friends and companions to all who use this mantra and practice the simple, universal mode of breathing I shall outline.
Love Power is a greeting, an acknowledgement, a hymn of praise. It is a bathing of the self in the very substance of the universe, the Love that lies at the center of everything. It is a free gift from heaven.
What follows is a series of windows on the realities of this practice. A first section opens you to the words and their uses in affirmations. A second section teaches you the simple and effective breathing that you can use at your discretion in your practice. And adapt to what is comfortable to you.
A final section offers personal windows to experience using this mantra and the breathing.
