MY SUCCESS

Here are some thoughts I think to reach a state of quiet, trance like receptivity

Any time

I say each line as I exhale eight counts

My success is not humiliations I felt as a child

Those I am aware of — they no longer control me

My success is not those things that I did wrong

The power they once had is gone

I am forgiven and I’m past judgment

My success is to be loved as who I am

My success is not achieving my desires

My desires are already met

My success is not to struggle or to strain

It’s simply be who I am always

There is only one success I need

To be securely in the arms of Love
