NO ONE WAY

There is no one way to do a breath

We all breathe but none will breathe the same

We have less control during exertion

More control when we’re at rest

There’s meditative breath of many kinds

The best is freely chosen, you in charge

+

Freedom all the time, no strain, no sweat

Nothing to remember or forget

Unity the goal, we need no rules

You make the method, you, in all you do

Any time you stumble in a set

Continue in the way that you select

+

Calmness is the heart of breathing well

If you are agitated love yourself

By sitting down as calmly as you can

And letting breath work magic with no plan

Try a slow inhale and hold a bit

Then try an exhale twice the time of it
