PAIN REDUCTION

I am talking physical

Real pain you can feel

I have no solution

But I have a way

Pain reduction is a chance

Only you can take

With a resolution

And some words in play

I felt pain this very day

Outside for a walk

So I evoked Heaven

“Bliss, Joy, Love” I say

It did not eliminate

The pain that I was feeling

But it did reduce it

Now it’s gone away
