It is the sense of wellness in spite of all challenges.
It is the absence of conflict.
Your willingness to declare and send peace to all.
You send peace by this method.
You are elevated to the energy level of Word.
You are you.
You are your soul. That’s what we all are.
You serve by sending peace to yourself,
To us.
To all.
Be peace. Let peace absorb you.
Breathe in the idea of peace.
Then slowly, evenly let it all out.
Intend it for the universe.
