Democracy is the polity that should govern every human organization whatsoever. It is the only means of honoring the right of every human being for an equal voice in things.

When democracy fails to yield a decision, it must have a basis for adjudicating appeals. Any ultimate appeal should be in the hands of three deciders in order to arrive at a majority decision.

The need for democratic revolution globally is clear.

Less clear but as important is the need for democracy to operate as the basis for local cybercommunities — city units of from 6–12,000. This is outlined in Cybercommunities: A Handbook http://buff.ly/1FgD6de
