Why religion does not embrace what I suggest in the video below and the book I recommend you read noted further down is a mystery to me. Nonviolence is exactly what Jesus was about. Fairness was what he was about and that means transferring the trillions we invest in permanent warfare to protect a sclerotic oil economy is silly. We need to invest in education and enablement. And we should give up our exclusive religions for a world embracing articulation of Abba’s way — the exact way that Jesus stood for and taught and embodied. That is simple, civil, doable and increasingly politically viable.
