Rich Kelley Says We Do Not Live Here

This is not sensational. Really. It is more or less the thought of half the world, if you parse it out.

Anyone who believes we are basically souls should see earth as a stage and life as a play. We do not actually live here.

Rich Kelley died on a California beach when he was 15. His near-death experience is happily not a business for him, He has acted in films and been one of those folk you like because you sense they are their own person for real.

I had to scurry to find Rich, which is excellent. He has strong views but he is not in our faces. You can Google (( Rich Kelley near death experience — YouTube )) and find the video I found so arresting.

The video runs a mere 26 minutes. But it contains some concise points I have found nowhere else in near-death accounts. This is why I will have occasion to refer to Rich in other writing.

Rich is the closest thing to mainlining non-dual thinking I have ever encountered. He convincingly suggests that we are the authors of everything that happens here for good or ill. And he is utterly clear on the fact that there is a Source that requires no effort at all to access.

We are what we think and the world is what we corporately think. Our morality is our effort to shield ourselves from the consequences of our free actions. All our wrong-doing is us having experiences we want to have.

Again, none of this is unfamiliar to a large number of folk whose New Age thinking has arrived at this rejection of absolute good and evil. There are ways to modify this without becoming moral fascists who defend the right to judge others and back it up with reliance on the state. Rich is insistent that the one we call god is not a micro manager, more what I call LOVE POWER, one who wants us to find our own way to some sort of decency.

Rich is a musician, actor, and psychic — presently retired, he says. But in an extended phone conversation he was bright as a tack and strong in his views. I am partial to folk who illuminate whole areas of thought with some panache and Rich qualifies without question.
