I have put up the initial promo page as a tweet.
Below is the second promo tweet. The text is from the promo page copy of the first section of “Rolling Suitcase Jihad” The original page got one click and 684 progressions which is typical given Twitter’s emphasis on selling you ads which will promote your tweet. Nonetheless we are experimenting here.
Thus far there have been no sales as a result of this effort. I would hope for some as we move along. I should note that what friends and family I have — at my age you lose both regularly — I do not inundate with requests they buy my books. Nor do I create or want to create customer lists and all the things that are recommended. If a book is of value it is because it is enjoyable or stimulating. Both Twitter and Medium enable communication if people wish it. Short and sweet.
