SPIRITUAL RESOURCE CENTERS
This is a manual for the future with steps we can take now. In the future we are revealed to be Souls, here to learn ways of love in an environment that is challenging in the extreme. Overcoming is, we know, the name of the game. And we shall overcome.
Existing religious structures are in transition. But they can and will be the mother of a global movement that can be a universal light to the world. This will happen by a meeting of awakening souls with institutions that are equipped to enable the limited institutional needs of Soul Nodes.
Soul Nodes are gatherings of souls who are awake and in search of community and the opportunity to extend their work until it touches the entire world with the joy of true awakening.
Let us imagine a Soul Node.
Its group includes one whose skills are organizational and whose service is the wellbeing of the group. There are one or two whose capacities are in the realm of energy, those trained in Reiki and other modalities and capable of launching active healing and care services from the Center. There are creative artists who can share and teach musical and artistic skills to all ages. Then there will be Coaches who can help all people approach life positively and practice ways of love. Soul nodes will emerge spontaneously. They will find host institutions that benefit both Soul Nodes and the institutions they become related to.
Ego need not dominate such a group. All of its elements are complementary, not competitive. Its understandings are keyed to those of what I shall with confidence call Root Spirituality. This can be summarized with three simple understandings.
- We are Souls .
- Unconditional Love is Divinity.
- Jesus is in love with EVERYONE.
In other words, we are schooled in the basics of Root Spirituality.
Spiritual Resource Centers will be a recognized identity everywhere. They will be known as places that are offshoots of established, responsible institutions. It will be 501-C-3 organizations, exempt from taxes. They will teach from this base and sponsor events. They will invite and speak to interested persons.
I shall flesh out this vision in successive posts. It is necessary now to think together as we seek to move from idea to reality. I look forward to seeing Spiritual Resource Centers accepted as key part of the mix we will need as we form the society of the future.
