The Function of Light

One function of light is definition. Light defines. Light delineates.

Clarity is the offspring of light. Clarity rises when light is closest to right. Right light is like everything else the fruit of interaction.

This means that nothing, not one thing at all, can be fully defined. This is not to give light a demerit. Light is light regardless.

I see a bright light shining over a long stretch of landscape. It could be the mountains stretching east from Las Vegas early in the day. When pastels are so beautiful you cry.

But this is on the cover of a YouTube video. With Tibetan monks chanting Om So Hum and me making Maybelle Carter harmony. It makes no difference we are everywhere and nowhere.
