THE SPIRIT WORLD WAS PRIOR TO OUR OWN

The Spirit world was prior to our own

It took some time and learning to do this

The poet who helped God to become known

Left us some clues that are not hard to miss

God needed time to figure out the drill

And think about things like darkness and light

Yes, time to see that nothing could go ill

A pattern that was beautiful and right

All those who think things started with a bang

Were not exactly there when things began

When first the mystery of love was sang

And God conceded, ‘This looks like a plan’

The idea that Eternity makes moves

Is among those that no one ever proves
