There is only one power now that can bring even a scintilla of fairness into a situation that now seems hopeless. That is people power. Millions everywhere engaging in silent protest to convince the GOP — which has been and remains the dismal villain of the play — to act. All we need is one or two actions to start the entire house of cards on the downward trajectory we know must come. Trump is in denial. The election was stolen and he was in the middle of it. If he is innocent he has only to tell McConnell to get that Select Committee moving. People power. Nonviolent. Massive. Silent testimony to the fact that millions upon millions will not tolerate this rank unfairness.
