Americans spent 17 hours per day looking at electronic screens (19 hours during the Pandemic). The new OnePoll survey of 2,000 adults breaks that down as:
- Four hours and 30 minutes per day watching TV.
- Four hours and 33 minutes per day looking at a smartphone.
- More than three hours using a gaming device.
- Nearly five hours on a laptop.
- Over an average lifetime, that’s 44 years of looking at screens.
