Americans spent 17 hours per day looking at electronic screens (19 hours during the Pandemic). The new OnePoll survey of 2,000 adults breaks that down as:

  • Four hours and 30 minutes per day watching TV.
  • Four hours and 33 minutes per day looking at a smartphone.
  • More than three hours using a gaming device.
  • Nearly five hours on a laptop.
  • Over an average lifetime, that’s 44 years of looking at screens.
