An Everything Shortform alarm to editors and potential writers! Medium has informed me that publications are only allowed 30 editors. This means my dream of allowing every request to be an editor for Everything Shortform is dead.
I’m deliberating on the next steps. A few options have come to mind, and I’d like to know your opinion on my considerations.
It’s not fair for writers wishing to come on board to be denied the title of an editor while so many others have been.
Option 1: All current editors beside me will be assigned a writer position, and future applicants will all be writers.
Option 2: Elimination of Everything Shortform.
Option 3: Delete Everything Shortform and remake it again, allowing only writers to join and 2 willing editors.
Option 4: Leave the assigned editors and only let in new members as writers.
