Breaking the silence:
Today in order to break the awkward silence in my house, I said to my nieces to keep quiet. They wondered, “what the heck am I saying”. I said it again: Can’t you hear me? Just keep quiet. They got disturbed and broke the silence saying: Are your ears not functioning? Can't you hear we are bloody silent already? I laughed and had my snacks.
