Can someone please help with some questions regarding Medium notifications? Is there an easy way to tell if you’ve read and responded to them? Do you check and respond to them?

Private notes get buried and sometimes lost, and mentions enter into oblivion. I know I can filter by responses, but that’s limited because I can’t tell which ones I read or responded to. Can we get a read receipt or something, is there a read receipt?
